È tempo per ogni donna di essere a suo agio con se stessa, con la propria femminilità, col suo ciclo lunare, con la sua creatività sfrenata e dolcezza infinita.
È tempo di fare pace col proprio corpo e aprirsi all'orgasmo della vita che la donna ha il potenziale di vivere pienamente e ininterrottamente se solo si fida di se stessa.
Abbiamo sentito il bisogno di organizzare qualcosa insieme per dare voce ai taboo che ancora permeano la nostra coscienza femminile e ci impediscono di sentire, vivere, creare e godere. Questo sarà un ritiro intimo, un cerchio di sorellanza e condivisione dove ci daremo il tempo di sentire, risvegliare e accogliere il più profondo rispetto nei confronti della Sacralità Femminile.
Quanto ancora la sessualità delle donne è inespressa, oggettificata, dolorosa, frustrata o vissuta con senso di colpa o inadeguatezza?
Apriamo uno Spazio Sacro per parlare di tutto questo e regalarci un occasione per riprendere in mano il destino della nostra Adi Shakti, l'energia creatrice che genera universi. Finchè la donna non avrà risvegliato la Dea, l'uomo di riflesso vivrà e cercherà sempre una sessualità limitata. Il risveglio parte dalla donna.
È sua e solo sua responsabilità occuparsene.
Questo ritiro è aperto ad ogni donna, madre, figlia, sorella che sente il richiamo della propria Sacra Yoni, del suo Sacro Graal, desideroso di essere preso in considerazione in modo degno.
Durante il ritiro affronteremo le tematiche di mestruazione, menopausa, sessualità, abuso, guarigione, gravidanza, maternità, piacere erotico ed espressione creativa nel mondo attraverso varie pratiche e momenti di condivisione e racconto. Tra le pratiche che proporremo:
- Yoga e meditazione
- Vapori vaginali
- Uova di cristallo
- Respirazione ovarica
- Alimentazione
- Ayurveda
- Oli essenziali
- Arte terapia
- Danza
- Rituali di bellezza e piacere
Durante questo ritiro saremo ospiti di Sveva in una magnifica cascina nel Monferrato dove avremo un giardino incantato e un patio delizioso per le nostre pratiche oltre che a una sala interna per le pratiche serali. Le camere sono in condivisione e la cucina sarà curata da Stefano, cuoco nonchè marito di Nadia. Il costo del ritiro è di 480 euro tutto incluso.

It is time for every woman to be at ease with herself, with her own femininity, with her lunar cycle, with her unbridled creativity and infinite sweetness.
It is time to make peace with one's own body and open up to the orgasm of life that woman has the potential to live fully and uninterruptedly if she only trusts herself.
We felt the need to organize something together to give voice to the taboo that still permeate our female consciousness and prevent us from feeling, living, creating and enjoying. This will be an intimate retreat, a circle of sisterhood and sharing where we will give ourselves time to feel, awaken and welcome the most profound respect towards the Feminine Sacredness.
How much is women sexuality still unexpressed, objectified, painful, frustrated or experienced with a sense of guilt or inadequacy?
We open a Sacred Space to talk about all this and give us an opportunity to take back the destiny of our Adi Shakti, the creative energy that generates universes. As long as the women have not awakened the Goddess, men the reflexive will live and will always seek a limited sexuality as well. Awakening starts from the woman.
It is her responsibility only to deal with it.
This retreat is open to every woman, mother, daughter, sister who hears the call of her Sacred Yoni, of her Holy Grail, desirous of being considered worthy.
During the retreat we will deal with menstruation, menopause, sexuality, abuse, healing, pregnancy, motherhood, erotic pleasure and creative expression in the world through various practices and moments of sharing and storytelling. Among the practices we will propose:

- Rituals of beauty and pleasure
During this retreat we will be guests of Sveva in a magnificent farmhouse in Monferrato where we will have an enchanted garden and a delightful patio for our practices as well as an indoor room for evening practices. Rooms are shared and food will be prepared by Stefano, chef and Nadia's husband. The total of the total retreat cost is 480 euros, all inclusive.
